Piano line dry terrain Piano line springs are recommended for use in dry surroundings. The material offers no protection against rust. Piano line springs are roughly 10 stronger than pristine sword springs. Electrogalvanised contraction springs are made from piano line, which is also electrogalvansed. This gives the contraction springs an seductive, candescent face. Electrogalvanisation only provides moderate erosion resistance, but if the spring is used in a sticky terrain, the service life will be dragged compared to the same spring made from piano line without face treatment.

Tempered steel wire: humid environment We recommend stainless steel wire springs for humid environments. Piano wire springs are 10 percent stronger than stainless steel springs.
